Inside, the home features an inviting island-style design and plenty of space to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave—perfect for preparing island-inspired meals or tropical drinks. After a day of exploring, relax in the cozy living room or step onto your private lanai and enjoy the fresh Kaua‘i air while listening to the sounds of native birds in the surrounding trees.
The townhouse comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with two king beds and one queen bed, all thoughtfully furnished with soft linens and tropical touches. You’ll also enjoy free WiFi, onsite parking, and private access.
The complex offers wonderful resort-style amenities including a heated swimming pool, hot tub, and BBQ area—perfect for relaxing after a day of island adventures. You're also conveniently close to the Princeville Shopping Center, offering dining, groceries, and boutique shops, and just a short drive from Hanalei Town for even more local flavor and entertainment.

The 3-bedroom layout was fantastic for our group. There are two primary suites on the ground level, plus a queen bedroom upstairs adjacent to the living area with a third full bathroom, which made the space feel very comfortable and functional. It has air conditioning which is a plus!
The community is very well maintained—clean, quiet, and beautifully kept. The pool and hot tub were a big bonus, especially after the Kauai rainstorms, and both were warm and relaxing.
A few things to note: the furnishings are a bit dated, and the carpet wasn’t really my style for island living. The kitchen package could also use some updates. Our oven did not work, which required us to pivot our dinner plans, but Aloha Rentals was responsive and said they would get right on it.
Also, there is only one BBQ for the entire complex, so it can get congested with guests waiting to cook.
Overall, this was a clean, quiet condo in a great location with an excellent bedroom setup, and we would consider staying here again.
