4 Major construction noised trucks next starting at 7:00 am.

The only downside was the TV was cable only. No local stations and no live sports. We really enjoyed the sunsets from the lanai and we had several whale sightings. Really a thrill.

Screen door continually comes off track, holes in screens, broken chair back, deadbolt lock sticks so badly that afraid to use because would get locked out, garbage disposal needs replacing, sand on kitchen floor when arrived, lampshades too short and don't cover bulbs. Sunset Kahili units really don't have privacy. Washer dryer didn't work. Wouldn't recommend!!<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>

Maintenance needs to be improved such as screen on lanai, wobbly table, cooking utensils lacking, fan is bedroom dangerous to use, lint in dryer needs to be clean. Windows dirty and hard to open, missing light bulbs, etc.<br/>
