The condo is solid. A bit on the kitsch-y side, but perfect what what we needed. Appreciated the reusable bags for shopping, kitchen items, and so on. Cleaning was pretty good. The W/D meant we went home with clean clothes!!!

The location is wonderful, close enough to shopping and dining plus Poipu Beach is within walking distance. We have stayed in other units in this same Condo and would not hesitate to do it again.

The bathroom is outdated and the shower/bathtub combo did not drain well. The carpet was somewhat dirty and stained. Overall we loved the views and were not very happy with the actual space but we mostly stayed outside so it didn't bother us that much.

There's no better place to view the south shore

I have stayed in this Condo numerous times, but it had been many years since my last Kauai vacation. It is still my favorite and very reasonably priced.

Reviewed on 2020-03-11 by Richard J. , AL United StatesHOWEVER - your instructions for the lockbox caused a delay in getting into the unit - it said the lockbox code was on the left of the page - what was on the left was a different number - fortunately Dennis was able to get us into the unit and Derek from your central staff later called with the correct (2 digit) code. also, I'm not from AL, should read 'from CA'
