Reviewed on 2024-12-13 by , Kailua, HI United StatesThe only drawback for the condo is that they need a new mattress for the bed.And a new toilet as it doesn't flush well.The beach chairs are dirty and bent.Having 4 beach towels would be beneficial as some people travel with carry on luggage and don't have room to take would be nice to add a brita water jug in your kitchen as well.
We appreciated the starter coffee and butter.Although it was mentioned that starter shampoo, conditioner and laundry soap would be was not.All and all a cute place to stay.

This is a real gem with stunning ocean and mountain views from the lanai that backs up onto historical Prince Kuhio Park, a lush, quiet open space that meets the ocean. Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the lanai. Take a stroll down the lane to the Shops at Kukuiula, or walk across the street to one of the top snorkeling beaches on Kauai, Lawai Beach. There is a popular surf-break just off the point where you can try your hand at surfing, or just watch the local talent as they ride the waves in.
Enjoy relaxing by the newly renovated pool, surrounded by lush, tropical gardens and a beautiful lava rock waterfall. Have a sunset cocktail or dinner at the famed Beach House restaurant, just across the street. If you prefer to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a wonderful barbecue area onsite. Relax and take in the beautiful tropical gardens surrounding the property, including the Japanese koi pond!
Take in the sound of the ocean, the birds singing, the tropical breeze, and the amazing sunrise every day from your lanai. With wall-to-wall windows in the living room, cooling trade winds blow through the condo.
