Everything was so gorgeous! It was better in person than on the website and we absolutely loved it! I cannot say enough good things! The best part was coming home after dark and the amazing smells from all of the fragrant plants surrounding the condos - I already miss it!

We were very pleased with the condo at the Mauna Kai. It was like a little jungle oasis. The condo was clean and comfy, and the property manager was very accessible when we had an issue with the door lock.

My husband and I, along with our 6 year old daughter had a wonderful stay. The layout was perfect and we were able to really relax without being on top of each other. Great patio too!

Wonderful condo, but the bathrooms could use some updating. Nice welcome gift basket too. For walkers and runners, there's a nearby golf course that has a nice path for your exercises.

Nice location nice stay, generally had what we needed also as a bonus had a couple boogie boards, umbrella and cooler. Guest bed was broken and unrepairable, the management co was responsive and offered a quick solution.

This place was perfect for our family of 6. Super clean and plenty of space for a group of 6 even though there are only 2 bedrooms. The outdoor space is amazing and the location is perfect.

Overall this was a comfortable and well equipped vacation rental. The house was well stocked for cooking, towels and beach supplies which is also a plus for our family of 5. The big lanai and hot tub were a big plus and the location was a quick walk or drive to the store, restaurants, yoga and the playground and farmers market. The decor made the space feel modern and comfortable.

My family and I love Hawaii. We usually stay in a condo rental for half the trip and the other half in an Upscale resort. We all decided that we enjoyed the property so much, that we could have happily stayed there the entire trip. We would recommend it to anyone. I hope to be back.

Walking in to this spacious condo in Princeville, you immediately get the sense of comfort and cleanliness. Well maintained, clean, great feeling. Easy access to the north end of Kaua'i, the airport, golf, beach, it has it all. Thanks for a wonderful accomodation.

Other than no door on the bathroom , a bit inconvenient especially with a big family the condo was great! Would stay again!

Our rental was our hub as we explored the North shore areas. It was just perfect. After a day at the beach or hiking along it we could relax in the hot tub or take a swim in the pool. We appreciated the air conditioning even though it never got too hot outside but we being desert dwellers, the less humid air was welcomed. We got help from Oceanfront when we needed it, the neighbors around us were friendly and quiet, the house was comfortable, clean and convenient. We're ready to return!

The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to make breakfasts and prepare lunches for the day. Our only issue with the unit was the see-through curtains in the bedrooms on the sliding glass doors. Anyone walking by either bedroom window (the master in the back of the unit has no fence to block someone walking or driving by from seeing directly into the bedroom and master bathroom - especially at night with the lights on inside the unit). A few plants are located just outside the sliding glass door that provide a little privacy--but not much. An upstairs unit in the adjacent building could also look directly down into the master bath through the see-through curtains. I wasn't comfortable taking a shower or changing clothes unless it was completely dark in the room/bathroom. It is one thing to have sheer curtains in the rest of the unit and the lack of privacy that comes from see-through curtains, but we were very surprised the unit would have them in the bedrooms. Other than that, this unit was awesome. Princeville was a convenient location on the North Shore to get to the incredible beaches in the area and to the Na'Pali Coast. The drive to Waimea Canyon and other locations on the east and south sides of the island was quite easy. Definitely a 5-star unit but for the bedroom sliding glass door curtains (in both bedrooms).

The house is exactly as described. Very nice and clean. The property is well maintained. The only issue was the noisy pipe from one of the bathrooms. It sounds almost comical anytime the toilet was flushed.

Perfect location, nice surroundings, beautiful interior. Having our own jacuzzi was the best! Loved the place, would stay here again anytime.
