Great Princeville Location

The greenbelt and mountain views from the back of the house are fabulous. The house had some maintenance issues which the property management people started addressing as soon as we reported them. The property had all the amenities described.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property in Princeville and have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. From the moment you walk in and see the lush golf course out the wall of windows we were hooked. We were in town for a family event and we had 8 adults in our group. There was plenty of room for all of us and we even cooked dinner one night for the whole family (16) and their were plenty of dishes etc. to accommodate us all. The location is perfect. It was easy to get in and out of Princeville and just a few minutes drive to Hanalei. We also enjoyed walking up to Princeville Center for coffee in the morning or the Tiki Iniki in the evening. We were also greeted each morning with a beautiful end to end rainbow out the back porch! We would 100% stay here again.<br/>Side Note: At our family event a woman came up to us and introduced herself, she lived next door to the house. She offered to let us use her pool! Perfect vacation home for a family stay on Kauai!

I took a million photos and none of them capture the vibe...you have to see it to feel it. This tremendous experience was made that much more perfect by this property. One thing I'll say about the photos: they do a good job, but the view from the backyard is so much more beautiful than they indicate. Inside of the home was very welcoming; a perfect "home base" for the 2 weeks we stayed. Loved that we were within walking distance of the Princeville shopping Center which houses Tiki Iniki, a killer little Mexican place and a sweet Thai/Chinese place, in addition to B's Sandwich Isle and Foodland. Best location I could have imagined!!! Plus beautiful views all the way from the airport to the house!!! We will be back to Kauai, and we will be hoping to stay at this property again!!! Maholo!
Nice views, convenient location

The house came with beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toy supplies, which was nice. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly :) It would be helpful to add some amenities like a pack n' play and high chair. We ended up packing our own since the rental options didn't make sense for our length of stay - it would have been nice not to think about it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.
