We stayed in this home for 5 nights and shared it with one other family (4 adults, 4 kids total) and thought it was a great location and the layout worked well for our group. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked with dishware and utensils. The garage was stocked with bikes, boogie boards and surf boards which we happily made use of. The snorkel gear was broken and a couple of the bike tires were flat but plenty of usable gear for beach days. There were a couple negatives worth noting though. The washer and dryer are extremely old and unreliable. We were not able to wash and dry towels and had to reuse our wet ones from the day before. The dryer could handle small loads with underwear but the washer required supervision because it gets knocked off balance during the rinse/spin cycle. Something to note if you’re like us and were relying on being able to wash clothes after hiking and beaching. This was reported to the property management company so hopefully is addressed for future guests, but I see other reviews mentioning it as well. The house is pretty banged up (markings on the walls, sliding doors and windows that don’t function well) and could use a good cleaning-the light fixtures above the kitchen island were filled with bugs. The sauna was nice and functioned well for our stay but the cold plunge was full of bugs and sand when we arrived so we spent some time cleaning it and filling it ourselves(should be ready to go, considering the listing title).This home has a lot of potential so I hope it eventually gets the care it needs!

We had the best time in this rental! It was clean and equipped with everything we needed - even a Vitamix! The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The location was very close to the super market and a few restaurants and then a quick drive to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

This rental was amazing. Very modern and clean. It had everything we needed. Playpens for the babies, bikes for the whole family, snorkeling gear, bikes, beach equipment, fully stocked with kitchen wear and appliances.

We had a wonderful time on Kauai despite the large amount of rain we experienced. The home was very comfortable, clean and bright with lots of windows. It had all the kitchen supplies we needed to cook at home which was nice since it’s so expensive to eat out every meal. It is in a beautiful area and very close to the grocery store and a few restaurants. It’s also just a short drive to Hanalei and Anini beach which we loved. It was great having bikes and snorkeling gear, however the bikes needed some maintenance and there was no pump to pump up tires. We were only able to use three of them. Also, I would recommend taking your own snorkeling gear because the goggles and snorkels were a little hammered and there’s only 3 sets of fins. We still enjoyed everything about the home and I would definitely go back and stay here again.

Wonderful home, with a great outdoor area and plenty of windows. Fully stocked kitchen of your dreams! The bikes and swim gear are a huge bonus! We definitely took advantage of those and would stay here again!

The property was very nice. We had access to beach chairs equipment like chairs, cooler , boards snorkel gear etc. would of been nice if it had all been cleaned and disinfected prior to arrival. No beach access close by though. No AC but cools down at night so best to keep windows open. Some beds were comfy others were not but overall the house worked well with our party of 8.
