The only setback was the upstairs portable AC unit had its internal tank fill up and shut down- needing to be drained. I could have done it myself but it required a technician to come out since the unit was up on a top shelf with no ladder access.. that took 6 hours for them to come out, but it was addressed and worked fine the remainder of our trip.
We will DEFINITELY rent this unit (Cliffs 9306) again!

Beautiful and Serene

One wonderful surprise was the collection of beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, snorkle equipment and boogie boards. We used several and it was such a delight. The pool was very enjoyable as were the 2 separate hot tubs. We enjoyed meeting and getting to know several nice guests. At sunset guest come gather on the ocean side lawn to watch the sun go down. Just watch out for Nene goose poop on the lawn. We loved our stay but one annoyance was paying for parking daily ($10 per day) and sometimes having no where to park. It depended on how late at night you were out as to parking availability. There were bikes you could borrow (we wanted to but ran out of time). There were community grills but we didn't use them. Overall wonderful, definitely stay here again.
