Perfect Location and Spacious House

We stayed with two families of four, and the house exceeded our expectations. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, which gave everyone privacy. The shopping mall, playground, and library are all within a 3-min walk.

The only caveat from the pictures is that back yard does not look like it does in the pictures. The grass is completely overgrown and is about 2' tall. We thought our kids could play back there, but it's not really somewhere they can run around.

Location on open space (disc golf course) with spectacular mountain views. Within walking distance of the shopping center. The bedroom and bathroom arrangement suited our needs perfectly. It was also nice being able to park in the garage!

We have been to the Islands of Hawaii about 10 times. Our experience this year was the best. The accommodations, the view of the mountain, Hanalei, Queens Bath were all the best. Thank you so much for extending your home and allowing us the crest these memories.

Wonderful retreat location! Beautiful property, location and view. We were 4 couples from around the Pacific rim getting together for a reunion of our 40 years of friendship. This property could not have been a better choice. Management company were great. Would absolutely use them again.

I really hate to give this such a great rating as I want to keep it a secret, but that would be selfish. Very well accomodated, walking distance to grocery store,, and the walking trails are fabulous. Ocenfront kept us updated on what was happening around the island, including traffic, art walks, etc. Going back next year!

This home is so beautiful and spacious! Walking distance to the Farmers Market, grocery shopping, nightlife. Morning walks were spectacular and rejuvenating. Everything we needed for beach outings and family meals were generously provided. Thank you!!

The condo was beautiful and very comfortable for our 5 adults. Conveniently located to beaches and restaurants. I would highly recommend. It is close to the beach but I wouldn't consider it comfortable walking distance even though it isn't far.

Our group of 8 had the best time and owed to this gorgeous Hawaii villa. Each room had its own privacy which we loved. The best parts of the house were it’s amenities - game room, beach gear, BBQ grill on the patio, jacuzzi & of course the wine cooler. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The views from the patio were stunning, the most peaceful cup of coffee you could dream of.

We will absolutely be back in future years with this group! Created memories for a lifetime at this peaceful sanctuary.

This house is perfectly set up for a vacation rental. Each of the 4 bedrooms has their own bathroom and there is also a guest bathroom, so that each room has its own private space. The shared space has full windows and a slider that all look out onto an open green area. Surrounding the home are gorgeous green mountains with a waterfall view and each day we were there (literally EACH day!) we were greeted with a rainbow in the morning. You are located steps away from quaint shops and restaurants featuring good food and quality clothing and jewelry shops as well as a great little toy shop for kids. There is a full grocery store and a wine shop with nice snacks so you are never in need of driving out for supplies. The walk through the green space, which was a golf course but is now a frisbee golf course with walking trails, leads to an ocean overlook. All that the Princeville area has to offer is minutes away because in spite of the peaceful setting you are super close to the main highway. In addition, Oceanfront Realty is so accommodating! We had an issue with the front door lock and they were there within minutes to take care of it. They answered all calls promptly and also have an after hours emergency contact. We honestly could not have asked for more.

The home was in excellent condition and perhaps the cleanest and bug free of any we've rented. And we've rented 20+ condos over the years. The living space was in the middle with two bedrooms on each side. Which helped to have a little privacy for sleeping. Each of the 4 bedrooms had ensuite bath which was important to us. The game room was nice; we played games after dinner each evening. The hot tub was a hit too.
The home is located in Princeville which is a very nice and quiet area. Most, but not all, of the places we went during the day were further south. Hence, a bit of driving.

This is the second time we have stayed in this home. It is an awesome home with everything you could want for your stay. The Property Manager is responsive. We identified a couple of long term maintenance issues and an issue we wanted fixed while we were staying. Property Manager sent people to address all issues. The issue we really wanted fixed was solved quickly.

Again, this is a great home. Lots of room. Great mountain view off the rear Lanai. Walking distance to Princeville Center including Foodland.

We had a wonderful visit to Kauai, and Aloha Lani was as perfect as when we were last there a few years ago.  We look forward to our next visit in the not too distant future.

We spent a week at Aloha Lani and LOVED it! It's a beautiful home, with a very well equipped kitchen that actually had SHARP knives in the kitchen. Dining area easily accommodated our group of 8. The beds were very comfortable and overall the neighborhood was quiet (except for the roosters!) so we all slept very well. Morning coffee on the back patio watching the clouds and rainbows was my favorite thing! It's very close to grocery store and other shopping so you can walk there in 5 minutes. I would LOVE to go back.
