Me and my mom had a great time in this condo! It was very comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities to be able to relax and enjoy our time "pretending we live in Kauai". The view alone is worth it. If I had one small request it would be have a hot tub at the pool area - then everything would be perfect! However, even without it, we would definitely rent here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. Mahalo!

It was wonderful. The location of Alli Kai was great. Can walk to parks, shops, golf club and beaches. The complex is pretty and walkable also. The unit was perfect. It’s sized well for 2 bedrooms. The kitchen was very useable and easy to cook in. The patio is the show stopper with that view. Very clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay in Alii Kai 4103. The condo has been so nicely remodeled. We tend to cook most of our meals on island and was so pleased with the high end cookware and the sharp knives. Already planning our next stay!

We loved our trip to Princeville. The condo had everything we needed - from beach towels, chairs and snorkeling gear to a fully appointed kitchen and laundry. We sat outside each day watching whales swim by - a magical experience!

We spent a week in this fabulous Princeville condo. The ocean views were truly outstanding. Inside the condo has been completely redone and looked just like the pictures. There is a grill nearby and we cooked a lot. The kitchen was very easy to work in and had all the kitchen gadgets and pots and pans that you would need. The pool is a short walk away and our daughter enjoyed that. We also went to Anini beach that is not a very far drive and the waves break way out so it is safe, even in the winter. We enjoyed sitting outside at all times of day! Saw some whales and they even had a pair of binoculars to use. New tvs that have Netflix on them so it was nice that we could log into that for our daughter. Overall great stay! Hope to be back!

We were grateful for the time we were able to book at this property, especially after looking back on our time there. It was comfortable to be in, and the views were breathtaking. The only issues we had were the following.
The check-in/chdck-out mentioned getting a key out of the lockbox, which was confusing, as there was no need to. A quick call cleared that up, and the person helping was lovely. Second, there was a dead cockroach and a couple of flies on the ground when we checked in. Since we paid $250 for cleaning service, that was a little disappointing. But everything else was lovely.

Our stay here was amazing! One of the best things is that the unit was exactly as pictured- no disappointments! The decor and quality of furnishings was great and we loved having plenty of space while on vacation.
We did have some trouble finding the unit, but the after hours staff were so helpful! We printed all directions as instructed, but GPS led us slightly astray. Make sure to just follow the written only! One note- there is a key lock box on the wall next to door, but the code is for the actual door (not the lock box). A little confusing and can be remedied with a small note in welcome directions.
The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the beach towels, cooler, etc. Only wish we had an umbrella but we packed hats!
Although it's tough to pick the best thing about this unit, it would have to be the view. Having a front row seat to the ocean beauty was amazing, and we spent so much time outside taking it all in.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the condo was clean, decor has been updated and equipped with all the essentials, comfortable beds & pillows.I was worried about the lack of AC but we kept the windows open and the ocean breeze was perfect.Close to all the best beaches on Kauai and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to all my friends!

Our stay in unit 4103 couldn’t have been better. The view from the back lanai is spectacular. The unit itself was clean, well organized, and felt as comfortable as home. If you like to cook, the kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware and appliances, and I really appreciated the thought put into the utensils - sharp knives being top of the list.

Overall stay was excellent. Only issue was remodeling going on upstairs which was noisy. Not much sound proofing between floors. Even just walking upstairs is easily heard and can be problematic at night. Also plumbing issues in unit above leading to maintenance entry several times into our unit but that happens and is understandable.
