I rarely leave reviews, but want to let others know about our experience. We were a family of 6 and everything worked out well for us in this condo. I appreciated the recently installed hardwood flooring (no carpet as was shown in the pictures), the additional patio furniture, and all the beach items. These things made our stay nicer. We also liked the large leather couch, where we all could sit together in the evenings, and liked the separation of the bedrooms. Oceanfront Realty was helpful when we contacted them before and during our stay. The beds were really comfortable and there were ample dressers and closets for clothing. The grounds at Pali Ke Kua are well maintained and beautiful, and we enjoyed going to the private beach (though it is a steep path down/up). We enjoyed snorkeling at this private beach, and though it can be a little challenging getting out into the water, it's worth the effort - lots of colorful fish and we saw turtles the last time out. Our children also enjoyed the pool. Lastly, there was plenty of parking near our building, which helped out. This condo has great views of sunrises, but you need to walk a little to see the sunset during June. The picture is deceptive, as you don't see that view from this condo. But when you go out to see the sunset, you meet new people, which is fun and interesting. It's an evening gathering at sunset time. Tip- if you are going to go to Ke'e Beach/Ke'e State Park - you need to figure out how to get a parking pass well in advance. Overall, the condo was great and we would recommend it.
