This was our fourth stay at this incredible condo in Princeville, and it continues to exceed our expectations every time. Waking up to the breathtaking sunrises and the peaceful sounds of tropical birds each morning was truly unforgettable. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly suited for our family of four. It had absolutely everything we could possibly need from a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay, and we already can’t wait to return again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It had everything in the kitchen that you would need to cook up some gourmet meals. The unit was spacious and clean and the views from the lanai and kitchen were spectacular. The grounds were lovely and the pools, concierge and all the chairs scattered around the property just added to our experience. We would recommend getting a new mattress for the downstairs bedroom as it was uncomfortable. Also some better lighting in the living areas. It was a bit challenging navigating all the light switches.

The vacation home is lovely. Location perfect. View of the ocean it doesn't get any better than that. The only suggestion would be to upgrade the front door to a key less lock. It was tricky to have to open with the key. I feel other guests would appreciate that as well.

We loved our time at the Cliffs. The property has a beautiful location and our view of the ocean and the greens was stunning at all times of day. The Property itself is well maintained and clean. Not too noisy and we felt like we had a lot of privacy for such a big property. We appreciated the amenities, especially the hot tub on the rainy days. The unit itself was clean and spacious. It was just 2 of us, so we really didn't use the loft portion at all. The furniture is a little outdated and the bed wasn't the most comfortable (caves in in the middle a bit) but for the price we thought it was a great value. We really appreciated having a nice kitchen that was well stocked with lots of pots/pans/utensils and having the option of doing laundry while we were there. They also left us plenty of beach and bath towels and beach supplies which was a really nice touch. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Nicely accommodated condo with great ocean view.

Thanks for providing beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas and a cooler.

Staff were responsive and helpful.

The dryer in the unit doesn't work very well. Only accommodates small loads and must run for hours to get dry.

The kitchen is nicely stocked, but needs some more silverware.

We love the Cliffs condos - this was our 4th time staying there.

A couple of problems with this condo:
1. The DVD player does not work (or it was user error - but you should have someone check that out)
2. The dryer was not set up correctly. My husband thought it could be fire danger with the way the hoses were set up. Please have someone look at that.
