We love Sunset Kahili, and will continue to return as often as we can! The Poipu area is wonderful. The view from our lanai provides not only variety, with the changing skies and beautiful sunsets, but also a sense of relaxation. The sound of the ocean adds to that sense of relaxation, Top that off with the musical score provided by tropical birds in the treetops outside the kitchen window, and you have a tropical paradise even if you never left the condo. From Sunset Kahili, one can easily walk to Poipu Beach. Each time we did, there were Green Hawaiian Sea Turtles, and endangered Monk Seals naturally basking on the sandy beach, where volunteers helped them remain undisturbed. Walking the other direction, one can walk along a rocky shore to Shipwreck Beach. On each walk, we found ever-changing beautiful scenes.

It was lovely to spend time and learn the poipu area. The unit ended up being challengins for my husband and I with some of the remotes used for the ceiling fans and TV but all worked out in the end.

This property was wonderful! Spacious, lots of extra linins, well-stocked kitchen, and very comfortable. The beach and a couple restaurants are within walking distance. The sunset view was spectacular!

The photos and listing for unit were 100% accurate, we got exactly what we were expecting! The unit was clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is to install heavier, light blocking curtains on the windows facing the water. The unit faces directly west and becomes quite hot in the late afternoon. And while the ocean breeze cools the unit the rest of of the time it doesn’t help at that time of the day. We found once the unit heated up it was hard to cool down.

Our stay was great. A combination of relaxing and sight seeing. In regards to the property, my suggestion is better window coverings or drapes. The existing ones don't keep out sunlight or heat, which was very strong between 3 and sunset. Thank you.

The stay was incredible. Beautiful view and at sunset every night we were able to see whales playing from our balcony. Place was immaculate when we arrived and the kitchen had all the tools/equipment that we needed. Washer and dryer work very well and we felt very safe on the property. Would highly recommend.Only issue was a corroded entry lock whick was difficult to access with key, and door took 2-3 slams to close and make sure it locked upon exit. Would suggest replacing.

The sight and sound of the ocean from our bedroom and lanai made every minute special! Sunset Kahili 302 was clean and comfortable. The location is easy walking to Poipu Beach. Many great restaurants are within walking or driving distance. The bathroom and kitchen were newly redone and sparkling clean. The grounds, including the plants, pool and parking lot are cleaned and attended to daily. We received helpful emails from the management, with quick answers to our questions. Checking in and out were easy. We would recommend this property to our friends, but we don't want too many people finding out what a great place it is!
