Our stay At Sunset Kahili 205 was great. It was a wonderful location complete with whale watching and sunset viewing from our deck. The property was fantastic! They let us have a little early check-in and also let us stay 2 hours longer since no one was checking in that day. We had an issue with the coffee maker but they brought us a new one that afternoon. Very easy to work with! The condo was updated and had everything we needed. The only thing I noticed were that the wall fans were dirty. Overall we had a fantastic time! Perfect location!

This place definitely delivered for ocean views and sunsets. The room was spacious and definitely stocked for whatever you needed for beach trips. No air conditioning but the fans were placed around the whole place

We have stayed in many rentals over the years on many of the islands. This unit by far was the nicest in terms of its "updated everything" from the tasteful furnishings and new furniture & new appliances, to all bathroom and kitchen supplies & a super comfy bed, tasteful decor, and on and on. (The fan system is super. There is no need for AC). We came in the month of April. We walked daily a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed gorgeous panoramic view of the ocean, & greatly appreciated the cleanliness inside and out. Greg the manager is top notch friendly and helpful as well. Pool area is immaculately cleaned daily. Lanai space is great too and indeed sunsets are gorgeous. I hope we can come again and stay in this wonderful unit!

First class residence; beautiful furniture, views of ocean and sounds of surf; heated pool. However quirky microwave and tv set up; needs instructions. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Owner supplies plenty of beach chairs, towels, boogie board, etc. Pleasantly a 15 walk away from the Poipu beach mob. Would stay here again. lovely heated pool.

We remodeled our condo 204 next door 1in 2018 when Steve and Marty remodeled 205. They spared no expense and it still shows.
The disposal isn’t working and microwave door doesn’t close tight enough for it to work.
Best part was watching whales spouting and breaching!!!
Unfortunately, there were a few small kitchen crawlers first day. (When we lived there we had exterminators and the condo also had an exterminator). I know it’s difficult with guests coming and going but there are good exterminators on the island.
Jousie windows in bedroom had little fingerprints and shower walls had soap scum build up, cooktop looked sticky but we never used it. I didn’t turn on dishwasher, not sure if wine glasses should be done by hand.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunset Kahili 205! The unit was immaculately clean, fully stocked, and everything was easy to use, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect—easy access to nearby attractions, beaches, and restaurants. One of the best parts was the breathtaking view from the lanai—it truly lives up to the name Sunset Kahili!

The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the unit, which made it a bit warm at times. However, the fans and cross breeze helped, and the rest of the experience more than made up for it.

We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic Kauai getaway!

The unit is newly remodeled and in a quiet building, a better than expected view of the ocean, a sunny lanai, a beautifully maintained property. Location was very walkable to Poipu beach without feeling like we were in a busy area. Top marks for the management company, who provided everything we needed and more, including suggestions for local events during our stay. 100% would rent this condo again.

It was an awesome view as promised. The house was exactly what I expected except A/C. I didn't think I needed to read any fine print to see that there was no A/C a dcthe house would be cooled with a number of fans throughout the house. That would be my only compliant. It was close to my conference a d convenient to a number of beaches and restaurants.
