*Although this home has reliable internet, the speed and regularity cannot be guaranteed due to the remote location and the service being provided by a third-party.

We were two couples staying in this 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment.
We had a wonderful time staying at this location, and this apartment made it very enjoyable. Big apartment with a big lanai with ocean view that is spectacular!
Everything in the apartment was working fine, including the two air conditioners and big fans.We will absolutely stay here again. The only thing I will mention is that it was not enough shower towels for a week stay. Only two per person and they don't try between showers.

We spent five wonderful nights at Puu Poa, the sunsets were amazing. Great location in Princeville. A short drive to Hanalei. Fun nearby shopping and restaurants. We hope to stay here again someday.

We stayed at Puu Poa with another couple for 10 days. It was a spacious condo with comfortable furniture overall. We enjoyed all of the amenities in and around Kauai. I would suggest replacing any non-stick cookware as everything is scratched from previous guests. (Easy to tell the glasses are washed in the dish-washer with the clouding of the glass.) The master BR doors could use a spruce-up as they were a bit difficult to open and close. Really liked the beds, furniture, and lanai! I also appreciated the daily emails with local farmer’s markets and music available for our convenience.

I found out at the last minute that I needed to fly to Kauai for a business matter and Oceanfront Realty International was able to provide me with beautiful accomodations in Princeville that had phenomenal ocean views and everything that I could've asked for considering my last minute need. I would definitely use Oceanfront Realty for any future bookings.

The property has a spectacular view and was very comfortable. Two issues: 1) the beach chairs have rotted from being stored outside on the balcony. 2) The TV stations accessible are terrible; no local TV, no access to cable stations. The access was to hundreds of one subject station cable stations. The old adage works here "hundreds of stations, nothing on".

Amazing location right next to 1 hotel. Beautiful sunset view. Adventurous beach access. Plenty of places to walk. Plenty of places to eat nearby if you have a car. The condo itself was perfect and quiet. The property needs major major updates. Very dated. Lots of construction going on.

Fantastic Princeville rental. Location is superb. Amazing sunsets. Unit has everything you need and communication with property manager is easy and reliable. Very nice condo. Kitchen is superb. Living room furniture is a bit dated and worn from sun and age. Bathrooms are nice and washer dryer worked great. Very clean overall but floors are tough to keep clean due to the Kauai dirt everywhere. Hideaway beach is just below the property. Difficult hike down and back but well worth it. First trip to Kauai and we loved it.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful spot. Perfect location close to Hanalei, groceries, restaurants, etc. Should note that it's really a huge master and "afterthought" 2nd bedroom. Fine for a family, perhaps a disappointment for two couples splitting.
Really, the only very minor bones to pick were: very limited hot water if more than one person showering, and very difficult shower diverter in the master shower. Really nit-picking here as the place was teriffic!

The view is truly phenomenal!

I took my parents to Kauai to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. We chose #210 for location, amenities, and the AC. The views are gorgeous, the location was perfect, and the kitchen was fantastic for cooking and entertaining the rest of my family that were staying upstairs in #310. Everything we needed for the beaches was in the condo and the kitchen was beyond fully stocked with everything anyone could need/want. Directions from LIHUE were perfect, unit was clean, and check in was a breeze. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Kauai.
