This condo also includes a comfortable living room with sofa and seating area, beautiful outdoor lanai, HDTV, free high-speed WiFi, free onsite parking, and private access.

The Plantation at Princeville complex offers all guests access to the pool, hot tub, gym, and gas grills.

We loved the location of this property, it was very central to all things on the north end of Kauai. It was very clean, well laid out, the bedrooms felt very private and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach items were terrific, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and more. The complex is well kept and quiet and parking was no issue. The pool area was great for adults and children. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice townhouse. Great mountain views, clean, comfortable and good location. The only downside was the road noise during the day. You didn't really hear it inside, but from the patio it was pretty constant. We enjoyed our stay. The pool was close. Hiking was close, beaches were an easy drive away.

Our family of 4 stayed here in April 2024 and had a wonderful experience. The home is very clean and comfortable. They even had all we needed for visits to the beach including chairs, umbrella, coolers, towels and toys. This is a really great location in Princeville with easy access to the main road for visits to Hanalei and Kilauea. Some of the other reviews mention that there are no window coverings toward the street but that didn't bother us and the view is so great you wouldn't want to cover it anyways. The management company made the stay very easy with great communication for check in and check out plus frequent recommendations for things to do in the area. Would definitely recommend this rental and would absolutely stay here again.

We rented a 3 bedroom for 6 adults for our stay in Kauai. As soon as we walked in we were very happy with our choice. The bedrooms were spacious and the living area was very well defined with an outside area read and enjoy the surroundings and another extensive inside area to chat or watch Tv. The pool area was 300 feet from the house and very well maintained. There is a shopping centre 3 miles away that has all you need. Overall, great place. Would definitely recommend.

Our family (4 adults and a toddler) stayed in the rental for 2 weeks, and it was as comfortable a place as you could ask for. Highlight was probably the amazing view over the golf course to the mountains beyond; we had breakfast on the patio every morning to soak in that view. The space was the perfect size to allow all of us to spend time together BUT with enough private space to allow people to peel off as needed. Kitchen had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful both by phone and email. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property close to activities we loved to do. Only downside was beach chairs were broken. My son loved the surf board that we found in the garage. One of the bikes was of no use at all due to broken handle bars. A few burnt out light bulbs. It did get warm and the fans were of great help.

Very spacious unit. Worked well for 3 couples with plenty of room to hang out. Adjacent to main road so a bit of road noise. Across the street from community gym and pool. Recommend better instructions for access to garage which has bikes, boards, chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling equipment.
