We have stayed in several units at Pali Ke Kua over the years and this view is amazing. Close to the ramp down to the beach (steep and strenuous so be aware). Newly renovated so a few bugs to work out with the new appliances and furniture but overall a great place. AC not needed in Feb.

After decades of visiting the North Shore of Kauai, we've concluded that the Pali Ke Kua condominium complex is the best visitor accommodation in terms of location and value. Unit 204 is particularly special because of its million dollar view! We found the bedrooms and bathrooms to be spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped (though the refrigerator is under-sized). Management quickly provided us with a hair dryer when the two in the unit malfunctioned. Note that the lanai and dining room get very toasty in the late afternoon, and there is no air conditioning in the unit. Our solution was to dine early, and return in time for the spectacular sunset views.
