Great Way to Soend the Winter

We have rented this condo for a number of years. The location at the top of the cliff is perfect. The waves put us to sleep at night while the lanai chairs offer a beautiful view of the cove and a special place to watch the sunrise.
The condo is well- equipped and the management responds immediately if something is needed. For example, the toaster quit working and it was replaced by a nicer one the afternoon after I reported it.
The grounds of Pali Ke Kua are gorgeous and simply walking around gives you an idea of the variety of flowers, bushes and trees you can find on Kauai.
Just got home but am already thinking of our return visit next year!

Very nice and clean vacation rental. Enjoyed the views and the grounds. One minor downside was the ants, had to keep our food out of the kitchen area.

We had an excellent stay. The room was very clean and had a great assortment of beach gear. The kitchen utensils and cooking supplies were definitely well worn but still useable. We definitely loved the property as it is within walking distance of the beach

Perfect location, nearby amenities excellent. B's was a great place for dinner. We enjoyed everything about our stay. We were able to see both sunrises and sunsets from the condos.

What a wonderful way to spend the winter. Pali Ke Kua 127 offers everything from an updated condo filled with necessities needed for a comfortable stay to the beautiful view out the lanai. The sound of waves crashing in the cove to the beautiful sunsets are just a few of the amenities of this gorgeous little cation.
Oceanfront Reality is a very responsive property managing group. Our television went out and two days later we had a new one mounted.
Princeville is our favorite part of the island. We liove the mountains and the beautiful beaches. The lush landscape is beautiful.

Excellent location, and place was well managed. Would go back to this place again. Management group was prompt and helpful. We had a wonderful stay with another couple. Pizza place was good on property and fun atmosphere. Didn’t use the pool but some many good beach’s close by to enjoy. Incredible views

We stayed at this property with 2 adults and 4 young children. It was perfect for our needs- even better than I was expecting. The carpet in the photos had been replaced with laminate wood flooring throughout. The trade winds kept the unit a comfortable temperature. The location was wonderful for exploring all of the North Shore. Short walk to Hideaways beach- which was our favorite beach out of all we visited! Short walk to on-property restaurant, Hideaways Pizza Pub, which had good food. The views of sunrise from the lanai are breathtaking. You cannot actually see sunset from the unit but it is just around the next building to view. The kitchen had all we needed to make a few meals at the condo. There is a closet full with all you would need for beach days- snorkel gear, sand toys, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, large hard-sided cooler. We did not use any of this because we did not realize it was there and brought our own. There is a hose next to the lanai which was a huge plus when cleaning up kids after the beach and hiking. We never visited the pool so I cannot comment to that. During the very beginning of our stay the washing machine broke. Management quickly found an empty unit for us to use the laundry machine in and made sure we had one available for the remainder of our stay. Overall, you probably can’t get a better option when trying to find a condo for 6!! Would easily recommend.

Great rental for 2 couples. Nice view, very clean and comfortable. Oceanfront Reality management company quick to respond to questions and handled everything in a friendly manner. Paved path to beach on property was wonderful with great snorkeling. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Views were amazing and we enjoyed walking around the point to watch the sunset each evening. Appreciated the beach equipment well as well as the books and puzzles. Nice, comfortable lanai furniture. We would have liked to BBQ but we learned the complex has a no open flame policy.

We had a great stay at this condo. It is comfortable and reasonably well equipped, and includes nice extra like beach towels and chairs. The condo was comfortable, the view was amazing, and the grounds were amazing. Overall we liked the place, but do have few complaints about the condo - the dishwasher doesn’t work well, the master bed is extremely soft and caves in the middle, the water pressure is very low, and the patio furniture is very cheap and uncomfortable. While the condo is marketed to sleep six, there are only four chairs for the kitchen table.

Beautiful ocean view from atop a bluff. Great sunsets if you walk just around the building to the west. Pizza restaurant just across the parking lot. Would stay here again.

The location of the property was great...being able to walk out the doors to a small patio area overlooking the ocean and walk along the edge of the cliffs was wonderful. The property itself is showing its' age a bit. The patio doors were hard to open and screens on windows were ripped in places. Appliances worked, but dishwasher was a bit wonky. Amenities were a bit disappointing for the would have been really nice to be able to get some more TP, bars of soap, paper towel and dish soap from the office instead of having to go out and buy replacements. Kitchen supplies need to be expanded...need more wine glasses, a bowl for salad, more dish towels. More specific instructions for the property would have been helpful...how to get into pool area, recycling, etc.
