The condo was the perfect place for our family to stay and explore the north shore of Kauai. The views are unbeatable--It was so lovely to listen to the waves at night. The unit is large, spacious, clean and has everything you'd need. We would come back!

With the wonderful help of the booking agent who was extremely knowledgeable we chose unit 5103. My adult son and I couldn’t have been happier....2 bedrooms/2 baths, washer/dryer, great kitchen, comfortable furnishings and binoculars for spotting 2 ocean turtles. Best part was the ground floor patio slider door opened to a fantastic grassy area where we could walk to one of the 6 Adirondack chairs on the cliff overlooking the ocean and experiencing the sunrise. We were visited each morning by 7 friendly Ne Ne’s who seemed to enjoy posing for pictures. Thank you for a fantastic bday week!!

The condo was just as advertised. Location in Princeville was perfect as was the view! It was great having a washer and dryer. The second day of our stay the master bath toilet had issues. Called Aloha Rentals and they had it fixed ASAP. Customer service was great. Would definitely stay here again.

We greatly enjoyed this location overlooking the Ocean. Our stay was during “whale season”, and we saw blows and breaches daily. Some Dolphin activity as well.
Condo is a bit dated, kitchen in particular could stand some work, but overall comfortable and clean. Had an issue with shower in one bathroom, but management company had a plumber come within 24 hours.
A dirty clothes hamper could be added in second bedroom, a couple new potholders and pancake griddle would be nice. Also needs a place to sit while removing shoes by entry door. Area rug in living room needs professional cleaning. We added a 12 cup coffee maker since small one wasn’t sufficient for us. Refrigerator needs to be moved closer to stove since door now hits counter top preventing access to one crisper drawer.
Needs new vacuum cleaner.
We enjoyed the quiet location, enjoyed excellent sleep with sound of waves as background. The landscaping is beautiful and well kept, we found the abundance of feral chickens entertaining, just be prepared for lots of crowing.

This was a comfortable well supplied rental with the addition of plenty of beach gear, including several sizes of snorkel gear. The location is unbeatable with nothing between us and the ocean but the lawn and bluff. We watched albatrosses porpoises, whales (even though they were supposed to have already migrated north) and lots of tropical birds from our patio. All the North side attractions were nearby.

I rented this property for 2 weeks and had 4 adults in the unit. While the units on the cliff are older than the newer ones you see as you enter, everything in this unit worked and was well maintained. Walking out your patio door to the ocean view was priceless. We would forget from time to time that there were other people in our building as it felt as it we had that area to ourselves. The unit had everything we could have asked for and more. I would rent this unit again.....if I could only have two more weeks off!
