The 6th Annual Kauai Poke Fest® returns to Koloa Landing Resort on Friday June 19 & 20, 2026. The festival will kick-off on Friday night with the multi-course, celebrity chef Poke Masters’ Table followed by the Poke Festival on Saturday. Enjoy the holiday weekend with ohana, poke, and the godfather of poke himself, Sam Choy.
This highly-anticipated celebration of Hawai‘i’s famous dish includes a live competition between professional and amateur chefs incorporating more than 1,000 pounds of premium ahi tuna, live Hawaiian entertainment, food and drinks, and a poke-making demonstration by James Beard Award-winning Chef Sam Choy. Proceeds will support Kaua‘i nonprofit organizations.
